Bella Vista

Bella Vista was purchased following many visits to Florida on family holidays. We have enjoyed many years of holidays and we rented villas as we preferred the privacy and peacefulness that they provided for us. After a long day at the Park or shopping we were never faced with a queue for a sun lounger or to get to the pool. Each year we returned and enjoyed the holiday more and more.

We bought Bella Vista with the luxury rental market in mind and have taken a long time to review and design the furnishings and finishings in the Villa. We want you to experience the luxury that this villa gives you. You can and will find Villas to rent much cheaper than this one - but the old addage of "you get what you pay for" comes to mind. Our villa will exceed your expectations - just wait until you open the door and walk in .....

In spite of the number of years visiting we still enjoy Florida and we still do visit the theme parks, although not as often as we used to with our children. However this is about to change as our grand children start visiting and taking an interest in all that is Disney and Universal Studios. Seaworld is a definite favourite with everyone and we have enjoyed swimming with dolphins on a few occasions now - and will do so again soon.

The benefits of renting a villa are numerous: you have your own space, there is plenty of room for all your family. When you are not in the park you are not stuck in a small hotel suite with everyone under each other's feet. The pool is yours and our pool is not overlooked from the back and we have a fantastic conservation view - not concrete jungles.

We have an indoor games room where you can enjoy a game of pool or air hockey at no extra charge.

Our villa is very well presented - as soon as you drive up you get that "wow" feeling - walk in the door and you will not be disappointed. Downstairs is open plan with three distinct areas. The formal dining/relaxing area as you walk in, then onto the informal area with the TV with its numerous cable channels and Blue Ray DVD player. Then to the kitchen and informal dining area. The kitchen is fully fitted with electric cooker and hob, a microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer with ice making compartment. Downstairs also features the games room, utility room with washer and dryer and the downstairs toilet.

Outside there is a good sized south west facing deck area with table and chairs for sitting outside on those endless warm days. Breakfast on the deck is enjoyable and for your relaxation there are sun loungers. The pool is large enough without being too big. All our grandchildren have learned to swim in this pool.

Upstairs we have 4 well proportioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The master suite comprises of a larger than large bedroom, with a super king size bed along with a TV and DVD player. The master en-suite has two sinks, toilet, bath and separate shower. There is a walk in dressing room which has a wall safe.

The second master suite is slightly smaller with a king size bed, ensuite dressing room and the ensuite bathroom has one sink and a bath with over bath shower. It too has a TV and DVD player.

The two twin rooms are both a good size - with twin beds, the red white and blue room and the other in blue and yellow colours. They share a Jack and Jill bathroom with sink, toilet, bath and over bath shower.

The property has it's own alarm system which is remotely monitored by a local company.

We visit the Villa regularly and ensure that it is kept up to the highest of standards, we are fastidious with our cleaning regime to ensure you stay is as comfortable as possible.
